290 Linear Metres of corroded internal eaves gutters were relined with H.G Sharman Ltd Rubberised plygene gutterline system. Kingspan 20mm PUR insulation board was laid in the sole of the gutter to prevent ponding between and puncture by the gutter bolts. 26no. outlets 8no. weir outlets and 8no. stop ends were heat welded to the liner to create a joint and detail free gutter with 25 year anticipated expectancy. To undertake the installation we fitted a permanent roof mounted safety wire system. This along with 2no. Harnesses and lanyards became the property of the building and will be used by our company for future gutter cleaning contracts.
