The existing profiled steel roof sheet of the clubhouse was over clad with 100 sq. metres of 0.7mm Moorland Green 1000/32 Quedron roofing sheets fixed to 100mm Euro bar support system. The existing ridge flashing was site notched to enable the support bracket to be fixed directly into the existing timber purlins at the ridge positions, 100mm thick insulation quilt also laid. An eaves flashing and filler were installed along with an external eaves deflector flashing to prevent rainwater run off from missing the gutters as a result of the increased roof sheet height.
