Existing profiled steel cladding removed and reclad with Corus Panels and Profiles Trimapanel micro rib composite panels in a Corus Prisma Zeus finish. New windows and staff entrance feature canopy also installed.

Bowman Power Southampton, Factory GRP Overroof
Removed debris and significant quantities of moss from the roof then supplied and fixed by overlaying the existing roof sheeting using Brett Martin glass fibre reinforced polyester single skin translucent sheets of a matching big six profile to approximately 130 sq. metres. Internal safety netting was provided along with debris netted double handrailed scaffolding.

Molekula, Refurbishment of warehouse Verwood Dorset
Double skin asbestos cement sheeting replaced using 800sq. metres of 80mm thick Corus Panels and Profiles HPS200 Merlin Grey Trisomet composite panels and Brett Martin FAIRS rooflights. The asbestos cement valley gutter was relined using a Plygene gutter liner. The companies operations were largely maintained throughout the construction phase of the project by using a combined debris and safety net and by shrink rapping the products on the raking.

handling fans and permanent venting cowls
were installed to provide fresh air flow
within the gymnasium.

A new
build 9 storey block of flats required
capping flashings to weather the junction of
the new Sarnafil single ply membrane roof
covering and the rendered external wall
finish and to cap off an old concrete coping
stone on the front elevation.
180no. failed PVC rooflights replaced with Brett Martin Daylight Systems (factory assembled GRP rooflights) trilite fair 24 with a superlife finish, 2.4kg/sqm weight in fire grade SAB3/SAA1. Internal safety and debris netting was deployed throughout the contract along with external roof edge protection achieved using Safehires Anchorguard Guardrails with debris netting mechanically fixed at 3.0m centres to the existing roof sheeting. New saddle washers, lap locks along with side and end lap sealer tape installed with colour headed main side lap stitcher and mega stitcher fixings .

Redundant plant room over roofed using Quedron 0.75mm Q Deck 160/ 750 decking profile spanning 5.0metres. Varying height galvanised steel zeds where used to create a fall. The materials were craned into place and flashed and sealed to the existing cladding.

Roof sheeting and cladding on an Impact damaged milk float canopy replaced with heavy weight Brett Martin 3.06 kg sq.metre GRP Goosewing Grey Coloured matching profile sheets. A temporary internal working platform along with full edge protection scaffold was installed during the construction phase.

Refurbishment of 2no. shop adjoining retail units, single skin asbestos cement sheeting was replaced using 120 sq. metres of 80mm thick Corus Panels and Profiles HPS200 Merlin Grey Trisomet composite panels and 50 sq. metres of white single skin cladding. 20 linear metres of gutters were relined using an H D Sharman plygene gutter liner.

300 linear metres of rooflights, 4no. smoke vents and 14no. redundant services removed and resheeted with Quedron 1000/32R Corus HPS200 coated roofing sheets including the installation of 100mm thick Rockwool insulation quilt. 12000no. fixings changed to new colour headed fixings, 800 linear metres of edge peel/delamination repainted and 200 linear metres of gutters jet washed and coated with Aquapol Plus high fibre mastic solution.

St Swithun’s School Winchester. 110 sq. metres of failed translucent sheeting over the science laboratories was replaced with Plastmo Profiles Everlite Enduro uv polycarbonate planks. The new product is reinforced with an aluminium bar to increase its strength and spanning capability.
