Single skin Major Tile asbestos cement sheeting with chequerboard rooflights and over purlin plasterboard liner in a tee grid replaced using 980 sq. metres of 80mm thick Corus Panels and Profiles Merlin Grey Trisomet composite panels and 100 sq. metres of Brett Martin trilite Energysaver triple skin factory assembled rooflights with reinforcement underlap strip. Temporary internal safety nets where deployed during the contract. 800 sq. metres of Corus Colorcoat Prisma metallic silver was used to overclad the existing cladding including the application of 100mm rock wool insulation.
80 linear metres of existing internal galvanised steel eaves gutters were relined with H.G Sharman Ltd Rubberised plygene gutterline system. Kingspan 20mm PUR insulation board was laid in the sole of the gutter to prevent ponding between and puncture by the gutter bolts. 6no. outlets 4no. weir outlets and 4no. stop ends were heat welded to the liner to create a joint and detail free gutter with 25 year anticipated expectancy.
