Refurbished to become a warehouse with offices. Single skin asbestos cement sheeting was stripped by the client. We supplied and fitted 980 sq. metres of 80mm thick Corus Panels and Profiles Goosewing Grey Trisomet composite panels incorporating Bret Martin triple skin factory assembled rooflights. New timber purlins were attached to the existing concrete purlins with galvanised steel angle plates clamp to the existing concrete purlins as direct by the client. The existing internal concrete gutters were bypassed with new eaves hung plastisol coated steel units by extending the length of the roof sheeting. Temporary internal safety nets were provided thoughtout the works.
